good point Joe, the lease risk seems to be likely gone.
As a shareholder I'd be accept of canceling the 18% shares, keeping the US$19m payment we've withheld and a small settlement say 10% of the US$190m in cash, so another US$19m.
While not close to the damage he has done, we'd be looking at a share price back well above 20c at least and a litigation free business to go forward with.
