And any talk of selling Star Vegas is ridiculous - no one with any sense would “buy it” (as in take on the lease) and even if someone bought it they would have no chance of getting anywhere near what they paid for it. That is not necessarily the end of the world though, but the way I see it they have no choice but to try to gradually trade their way out of it, improve the performance of the two assets, pay off the debt completely then commence capital management (on-market share buybacks if the price remains depressed) and start paying chunky dividends. Still wish I’d never heard of the company though - what an absolute unmitigated disaster!!!!
