I am willing to read into this a couple of potential scenarios, first one is revert everything back to Somboon where his shares are wiped , his management fee is wiped and he pays an amount of money to dna for the ownership of the Star Vegas Business (maybe 100m) and everything is back to where it started.
Or Somboon drops the lease case, has his shares lost and management fee lost and pay DNA a fee ( maybe 25 million) for DNA to drop all damages litigation. And he goes on his merry way without a non compete clause to worry about.
Does abnyone think these scenarios are viable to both parties?

I surpose with the current arbitration, we dont know if DNA is going to be negotiating from a position of strength or weakness and also dont think Somboon is the type to try for a settlement if he is in a strong position but if he has his back against a wall he may try to reduce the potential damage with the irony that some of it is self inflicted.
