KMG don’t have anything to loose. High grade ore already mined, only low grade left. Mine currently on mothballs. IOR takes on beneficiation and has ample feed, located in Oz. Should be an easier task than trying a crack the Indian market.
KMG were planning benefication and who should be looking for a Job, IOR, gets IOR out of a bad spot and KMG another lease on life on an essentially stranded asset.
There may well be some profit to be had here and not a withering death.
