The second one is the key one we’ve been waiting on for several years so it’s now essentially a done deal from my understanding. The first party would be Noble who are clearly all in favour and the third would be IDC who have always been (at a formal level not just indicatively) a yes subject to getting the second (secret) party’s approval. Shareholders will clearly approve it at the AGM so literally now the only remaining piece of the puzzle is the rail link approval which is at an advanced stage and should be very straightforward. Giddy up!!!! Been one hell of a long wait....
