    a more likely outcome/s is
    a. Shell company sold, including tax credits
    b. Reverse takeover, and you're still a shareholder
    c. MVT/sandon who own ??? at least 20% launch a takeover. If credits are worth 3 cents a share?, maybe they offer 1.8~2 cents

    Whatever happens they are only useful to a company paying dividends especially if they are unfranked
