1.7 million shares went through pre-market this morning. Nice to see some actual volume on the stock for a change, I'd like to think its related to an Ethicon settlement but who knows.
In other news, the class action/investigation book is looking healthy, ISG Management action should be a large case. Stolen wages class action kicked off in the last couple of weeks and AFR was reporting on a likely Dixon Advisory action this morning as well. This part of the industry seems to be really booming.
