Where did the 45m figure come from? Can you provide a source for the analyst estimate?
Given Shine has taken upon itself to fund the CA it also takes on the risk should things go pear shaped., however given the success of similar cases overseas there should be a good chance of success despite this dragging on. The delay to resolution is surely par for the course with this sort of thing and cut both ways since as the billable hours associated with the CA go up, so too does both the risk and reward.
