One customer (individual pharmacy chain) might not be more than 4%, but a partner? They only have so many partners so it's probably going to be more than 4%. Unfortunately the change in facts on their site with lack of clarity/ explanation from the company doesn't look good. You mentioned they might have been replaced with another company? You seem calm but isn't that much worse than just losing the contract :/ Could explain the partner tweets.
