So - just returned from the US (I live in Aus).

Thought I’d put my money where my mouth is and bought Spectum 600 tincture from Ananda whilst there.

Now - I’m not on any medication, I’m fit and healthy but like most people I occasionally have trouble sleeping.

I can honestly say I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of sleep I had after trying half the recommended dose. No side effects and woke feeling refreshed. Repeated this over 7 days with the same result.

I didn’t bring it back to Aus with me unfortunately but I’m way more confident in my investment having tried the product.
