I am by no means defending their conduct.... But consider this... They have issued shares and are working with / waiting for ASX to give them a listing date (which I assume they haven't yet - otherwise we would have heard about it). Scenario A - They don't release any information, waiting on the ASX to provide the date so they can update the market - Result = Annoyed people that there has been no update. Scenario B - They either state an 'estimated' date of re-listing or say they still haven't be advised of a date - Result = Annoyed people that state the company shouldn't publish 'false' information, and why announce something if they're not going to stick to it, etc. etc. OR annoyed people complaining of another 'fluff' announcement with no concrete information... Damned if they do/damned if they don't I think....

Tomasp, how about they do what they are obligated to do/being paid to do? Provide Shareholders with correct and timely updates as and when they are due! They missed March and now June quarterly reports, how long have they had to get these out? Sorry, but there is absolutely no excuse for this!
