I feel sorry for Neil. He is like a scapegoat for the BOD. They tell him to reply on this forum as part of company rep and never deliver anything on time.. no offence for
Neil is trying to do good job but it’s no use to have a company rep in whose word we can’t trust as it is never delivered.
Better call company and get update.
