I've know of only 1 other co. that had a direct company rep disclosing his id on hc and that generally ended in tears for all.

It is most noble that Neil identifies himself as a rep of CGB but looking at it from another angle is it not a means to deflect both attention and questions to the people who should be answerable and accountable to the shareholders directly i.e. the board!

Personally I object to any person or persons who represent a company on nothing more than a chat site, so Neil in all sincerity go back to being a regular poster not a rep or spokesperson of this company.

Let the board answer the questions when we have the courage to confront them!
