Don’t think there’s an excuse for not releasing the reports when due as IMO, it’s all part of the strategy.
Once relisting, release a rapid fire of seperate announcements so the itty gritty financials get buried away and sensory/information overload for the general investor as most Dont read that them selves and wait to be told and delay informed decisions in a short amount of time.
Finish off with what ever good news stories have been built up to paint the picture.
Information overload.
By the time most have deciphered the bad the action has already happened if it pops on open and leaves the rest to fight over the dump and re stabilise.
Just in my opinion of course in regards to the whys of un released quarterlies that are apparently actually ready to be released.
End of the day if people are long then what happens on open and the details don’t matter anyway.
