    Great announcement, can we say that they are on an upgrade cycle?
    Looking at the Ikon acquisition announcement, it seems that the deferred consideration is capped at $1m, of which up to 20% can be settled in equity and will be paid out in September. So....banking out the net cash and expected deferred payment from the current market cap, this seems to be one of the better value microcaps going around.
