Well I should hope so since they are nothing if they don't get out of suspension.

What the real story is in regard to if there is any business there and ho much is hamstrung by past events / management and if it is really just a shell to backdoor into ?

If it was just raising cash and a business existed unless past events have caught up with em then it should be easy. The fact it isn't easy if a red flag for obvious reason.
