Yes justsomeguy as a trade the ride up to 5c was "money for old rope" but well done, spending money for the break no doubt.

I feel for the guy who's down 600k...the spec side of the market is a rough place, its easier to lose than win that can be said quite categorically. Worse it almost always behaves irrationally both up and down.

I find the respectable side of the market, the franked divi paying side boring but will definitely transition that way as I become older. If I work a bit more or a bit less at my age doesn't really make any difference but don't want to need to work too much in 10 years time so staying away from specs when Im closer to that is obviously a good idea.

Saying that never fully retiring is strangely probably a key to a long happy life. Spoke to an older Italian boy who's son has married into the family, he's about 70 still working and happy as Larry. Inactivity is the road to an early grave.

God I might not be too old yet but ramble like I am..ha ha!

Back onto NHL, as I said last night I don't expect (although I would like) much more clarification in the very ST from Glenn. Even if he wants info I imagine Monash is closed over the break.

The market seems to be a bit more rational today happily anyway...
