I have talked to NHL about the issues.
They obviously cannot say much over the phone. Glen will be contacting me after Xmas hopefully.
My "feeling" [because it cannot be cleared up -yet] is that yzwboy is probably an innocent in this.
I think Monash may have some very hard questions to answer. Bad housekeeping or slack controls on Depts within the Uni may be the real issue here. That or hacking of emails.
The issues will get cleared up and the ONLY constant we have is the ASX Announcement today by NHL.
Either believe it or not. I find it very hard to see NHL misleading the market in any form. Serious consequences if so!
My personal gut feeling is they have been caught short on this with most Management away on Xmas leave with very little opportunity to respond to the issues in detail. That's also how the Announcement came across. ie: watch this space!
