One other thing. Maybe it was Tritiums' preference for the 12 month exclusivity period in the first place to ensure their supply from RFT and now they are satisfied that RFT has expanded enough to comfortably supply them as well as other customers without any drama, so are happy to let that part of the contract lapse.
