I think your assumption is correct, the CLN terms BRN negotiated are the worst I have ever seen, but then I generally avoid companies that use CLN's like a lot of investors so there may be even worse out there. And don't forget the 20 million options thrown in for good measure.
Let's hope they don't need another one.
