A friend who lives in Thailand (who is usually reliably informed) says that the authorities are covering up a significant Coronavirus outbreak there. There is a lot of anger about it on Thai social media apparently. A South Korean National caught the CoronaVirus, which should be statistically extremely unlikely. Apparently quite a few Thai nurses and health workers are rumoured to have been infected while not being aware they were dealing with CV cases, and not taking the precautions they otherwise would have taken. People are avoiding certain hospitals based on rumours etc.
The Thai Baht may fall sooner than we expect if the local Thai rumour mill is right.
We'll see what happens.
