There are several differences between ARB and TWE. There is nothing wrong with the ARB business model. With revenue up, they are still going fine. There are some THB currency issues. TWE has issues with their business model in the US. ARB has a leading position in its field. Shareholders in ARB are very loyal to the company and management after years of exceptional performance.
