@pforpaul jklotto seems to be sidelined as a spy for the moment. There are no jobs on linkedin or Seek that I can see.
From what I know and saw a while back they run a lean manufacturing system that can be scaled pretty quickly without a lot more staff. I would think they have core personnel and then top up with known contract or casual labour for short bursts of activity. They also have previously used Hydrix for some parts of the design updates as they did the original work on a contract basis.
If it were me I would be using resources on a casual basis for surges until it became obvious the increases would be permanent. I would be happy to see more staff but also content if they keep spending to a minimum at present.
