You gave the example of a car and a bus.
A bus - HAS NO BARRIER ENTRY as you dont own or have to buy the bus, you just pay for the service.
A car - HAS A BARRIER TO EXIT if you own one and want to sell it to buy a scooter.
A scooter - HAS A BARRIER TO ENTRY as you have to buy the scooter.
So yes, there is a barrier to entry of purchase. But I honestly think you've completely missed my point...
