Time will only tell who is smart. This set of circumstance hasn't been experienced in our lifetime or that dude's lifetime, Miller, in the interview you posted. Some may jump onto some bank stocks today or last couple which are offering grossed up 15% div yield. Who is to know if that is good or bad right now. Seems magical right..! Personally I believe sitting on your hands and holding the cash is the prudent thing to do. These buying opportunities will still be around in a month, might be even more attractive then. Only my opinion.
