There is probably two ways to view this announcement
1/ Robert is now retired, I thought he did a great job but as we all know targets were never met
2/ Lachlan is now in the job and may have a different view on targets and has reduced the forecast, perhaps a conservative approach which in my opinion is a better way to approach forecasts, only time will tell
