Surely COVID is a circumstance beyond their control. All projects are still going ahead, they're just being delayed.

PET were sitting at about this price level prior to any of the larger projects being announced about 12-18 months ago. While it's frustrating that that here may be delays in revenue occurring, the revenue promised previously is still going to be made.

If the SP drops much lower off the back of this announcement we'll be back to the levels of a business making ~$25m a year which won't be us in future years - making us too cheap surely.
