Forgotten the exact detail, but along the lines of zz got 20mil 10c options for achieving certain turnover figures - hence the false invoicing. Some time back he sold 5mil@ 40c and bought 20 mil opt @10c with the proceeds.
The question is, what were - if any - genuine sales and was the stock actually made for them and if so where did it go?
