Who was on the Corporate Governance Committee ?
Who was on the Internal Audit Committee?
Who signed off on the monthly /quarterly management reports.?
Was there a Tender Committee?
What were the levels of expenditure authorities and by whom?

Too many Director and Senior management changes along with office relocations...bad floods...Covid 19... All distractions.... and so easy for inexperienced management to take their off the ball.
We were all caught up with the concept and the inlimited potential and at one stage a gang buster SP.
At least that CR war chest is safe in AUS. albeit will be needed to pay for all of this.
I have now had my rant.. and will drop off as no good just banging on over split milk.... err... mean my/our hard earned.
