we are in deep doodoos now and the hard stuff is coming our way.

Besides rescue and recovery of whatever we can get how do we deal with Chinese Directors, Managers and staff given they all live outside of Australian jurisdiction? a Minimum of 3 Directors does not cut it either albeit it is the bare minimum for an ASX listed entity. Some hiring of personnel willing to put in some hard yards to get us out of this would not be such a bad ploy as we have to start again and only this time from an ugly spot. Integrity, branding, trust etc etc have all taken a big hit..................does the Chairman stay or does he go? This shit happened on his shift.
How do we handle issued equity and what is recoverable
