Agree Flhy the prognosis does not look good going forward. Experience lacks badly in all departments and a big worry if any part of it ever did get off the ground is where is the supply of raw product to come from. With the Australian Dairy industry contracting on a weekly basis there will not be enough production to supply the established processors let alone a fledgling. Turbulent times ahead one would think.
