    So if we've bought out the note holders (Noble in particular), this means that the Chinese no longer have the purchasing rights to the ore produced.
    China have made it obvious that they era waiting for SDL to collapse, so that they don't have to meet ASX requirements for running and reporting.
    So now we have ore to sell again.
    If I was Guilio I'd be starting from scratch and looking at selling the ore elsewhere. Plenty of oil rich nations that need to diversify their future income streams. Time for Someone to get out there and totally cut all ties with China and find another destination for the ore. China may decide to start moving if they think they could loose it, or conversely we may find the ore going to the middle east.
    Either that or delisting!
    I know I'm grasping at straws, but hey the strategy over the past decade hasn't worked, time to think outside the box.
