there are levels to this though, you can select the partner(s), then work out tonnage, then work out pricing, then work out length of engagement, then work out logistics and terms of delivery/ownership (ex-mine gate, ex-dock, ex-shipborn, arrival at destination). these may seem small but each has cost implications and insurance overhead the need to be negotiated with 3rd and 4th parties.

i think for this reason lazy aus mining sector started going DSO as a preference, cheaper labour, less mining, less opex/capex... at the cost of downstream revenue.

eitherway i wish they'd hurry up, but understand that it takes aslong as it takes.... what are the chances that its difficult because offtakers likely want a slice of the company....and bruce seemed resistant to that at such a low MC.
