That is how the process works, and VRX have been following that process to the letter. We seem to forget this has been a three year journey so far, engagement with the EPA didn't start a few months ago. Pre referral talks started well before submission and consultants were engaged to help with those submissions. It was always the plan to avoid areas with tall trees where nesting cockatoos roost, the remainder of Arrowsmith is virtually low scrub. By helping to shrink the footprint of activity, it will help speed up the process to conclusion. It does not diminish the estimated reserves, nor life of mine. This is meant to simplify and speed up the starting process. Solar farm can come later once mining has been established. It is not needed from day one. This seems to be a big leap forward to get Arrowsmith N running. Hopefully the share price will show recovery.
