my interpretation (which confirms my earlier belief) is that they already know the results but want the 80% before they announce them .. which sounds positive .. why fight so hard if you dont know the outcome? ... however they have been at this for a long time & will know that these results are only one of many to come, so in the great scheme of things (whilst it will fuel the short term price) its not really about these results .. its the long game that counts & the 80% that matters
