Cyprium resources(15miiion shares) and Weststar industrials(5million shares) are the share holders of Olympic domain . It is a play to drag the process till results so that Olympic domain can negotiate or sell their equity to an external party - in my view. At the end of the day CHK will be getting 80% , whether it is litigation or mediation.
management used those strong words in the market update as some of the share holders were sending multiple emails to them asking about it.
The delay by Olympic domain indicates to me that CHK has something huge in the ground
