Best practice for government shares following successful practice in francophone countries is for interests to be transferred to a new company that the government holds its interest in. It is how the government gets its benefit via dividends and does not suffer from regional exploration the mining company may do which would dilute the government's benefit.
Look for announcements from Orecorp too.
