A cynical person might conclude, that it is in the Directors best interest, for the share price to remain low, until the performance shares are voted on, in the AGM on the 15th May.
With a current share price of 41 cents, and the director incentive shares at 69 cents, a ~70% increase in share price is now required for them to be achieved.
