The institutions that got involved in the 45 cent placement are the ones that cast the critical votes in favour of executive directors being rewarded with shares, after the chairman left the building to pursue his other endeavours having recognised that he had nothing more to offer VMT when they had a well formulated strategic plan and a strong balance sheet.

Phil was involved in the difficult job of convincing Charles diluting him with a placement was a good idea and I'm sure the institutions that subscribed were happy for his support in getting them in and would likely have been well aware of his intentions in relation to moving on.

The institutions are the ones who are most likely playing extremely sophisticated games with the buy and sell side to accumulate shares from punters who are easily spooked into buying or selling.

When they saw a bit of a rise with the institutions coming on board they sheepishly followed each other kicking the price up.

Now that someone ( who could it be) is putting downward pressure on the price ( Definitely not Charles or Ivan given the disclosure rules)The sheepish punters have again followed the leader , for no reason other than that is what sheep do.

The fundamentals are stronger than they have ever been. However the market is pricing this on 2020 performance, wrongly assuming that the quarters 5904 units delivered is a quarter of last years 24,000 units IMO and the ( who could it be) are getting away with selling the lie.
