suppliers are being push from 7 days to 30 days, 30 day ones are now 60 days etc
wages: pay week ends on friday and now boys get paid the following thursday. and bonus are 3-4 weeks later.
alot of penny pinching in some areas ( good) and waste in others.
its got all the signs of .... so watching the UK experience, things will happen very quickly. there will be an announcement of an offer and trading halt and 2 days later an announcement that the deal is done with share price offer of xxx. then the scramble begins.
