What people seem to be missing is the nature of the client engagement. Invoice factoring is a sticky game... go look at EPY. Once you have the client you just keep turning over the invoices. As long as that is a core product, they'll make headway. The only thing I am concerned about is all the other things on the "roadmap"... IMO dump most of them, invest your capital in your core.
