The company has given a Voluntary Suspension essentially saying that there is a differeyof opinion between it and the Asx their time the acquisition is triggering the change in business clause by going through with it. The ASX must think it is and such a purchase requires a vote of the shareholders.
The company should let us know what is going on. If they are that confident then bring us along.
