And the conversion to paying subscribers... that’s going to be tougher than everyone thinks. Really hoping they have something up their sleeve to hook subscribers. Ideally they need to demonstrate how they unlock the unrecovered royalties. Ie if a musician can determine there is $1,000 of unrecovered revenue they will pay $100 annual subscription fees for that opportunity.

Revenue aside, I'm still amazed at the valuation the market has given for our IP.

Check out the acquisition of Gracenote by Nielson in 2017.
