What would the Milners prefer :
a) 60% of a coy with cap of $7B, or
b) 39% of a coy with cap of $11B ?
I suspect (b).
They are then free to 3% creep up on SOL till they get to 45+%..
Only real problem is the approval from the Milton shareholders.
Will they want to be associated with a coal producer ?
NHC lies in there somewhere, but the intent for NHC is still not clear.
