It’s fascinating to read the posts from the start of the halt as we started at this point of being cross with management then cross with the regulator then cross with Covid and then back to the company again. One thread that pops up a bit is that the board needs us onside to vote in favour of a proposal that they want to push through. Unless there had been an event of misconduct it seems that there may be a difference of opinion on the application of ASX rules and one would have thought that the ASX would find a way For us to be apprised of the issue as the company sorts out how to get through the issues and presumably an EGM.
So come on Jerry get some commercial skin in the game and explain what you and the board want to do into the future. You really are at the point (or past it) of shareholder confidence being lost. I have changed my sentiment to None as I have no choice.
