All that should be required, much like with mining companies, is "a recognised expert" sign-off any medical statements being made...how hard can that be to organise?

Given IMC is itself a legitimate biotech investor and dealing with the best of the best research bodies, like Monash Uni......what's there to really triple-check? Those research bodies simply state what their findings are and that's it!

Hey all found this detailed explanation on back door listings and it does tick most boxes of what might be going on here, especially the reference to the ASX listing rules which are the same as per IMC announcemetns
