Anyone who thinks that valuations based upon revenue are here to stay will at some point get a very sharp message. I cannot see how everyone can think the rules have changed. You keep expansionary policies and at some point you cannot service the debt. Ascregards Round Oak , I think the movement on the dial is rather that it lost $43m a few years ago and now will earn $60 something m. Even listing for say $800m market cap wont, in my opinion, move my valuations a lot. i dont think it will command that sort of valuation as this is the first good year. I think their style is to take something off the table so will list and get the business to increase capital base and get SOL to take some money off the table.
