I'm not sure if the announcements recently where they are updating us on certain dates actually state that they will be announcing something, they still could've obtained court orders prior to today or today as stated but whether they need to announce it is up to them.
If anything, the updates that they are giving us are doing a fairly good job at indicating where they are in the suspension status.
