Can this mob ‘project manage’ their way out of a soggy paper bag?

We are told project is 4-6weeks behind schedule due to covid causing difficulties for contractors etc...
ok.

But now that are just starting to work on product specs, labelling artwork etc ..
”The Group is also finalising the specification and artwork for its Organic A2 infant formula range in readiness for production when the infant formula plant is complete.”

Now if the plant had been on track ..... this mob of dorks would likely not have been able to put it into proper production as product specs and package labelling being not ready.
This should have been completed by now .... & I doubt if covid has had much impact on the work of graphic designers.
