Hi all the whole thing reminds me of field of dreams build it and they will come and obviously they must have very good people writing their grant submissions but the underlying business reservations still remain How much money do you put into a business before questioning their underlying business model but CBR just kicks the can further down the line if they cannot make money now who says that they will be able to make any more money let alone a profit with all of their projected increased capacity This has never been about a capacity constraint it is about making them at a cost which allows them to make profits !!!!!
